Everything starts with an online inquiry. Fill out the form on the Contact page, then schedule your complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call. 

This is where we'll get to know each other, talk about your wedding, answer your questions, and make sure we're the right fit.

Make It Official

Ready to move forward?

You'll receive your contract, pay your retainer, and officially reserve your wedding date.

Once that's complete, you're booked!

Share Your Love Story

You'll receive my Welcome Packet along with Your Love Story questionnaire.

This gives me the opportunity to learn about your relationship, your personalities, and the little moments that make your story uniquely yours.

Ceremony Planning

We'll meet to dive into all the details.

We'll talk about:

• Your love story

• Ceremony style

• Vows

• Readings

• Family traditions

• Special touches

Together, we'll create a ceremony that truly reflects who you are.

📖 Step 5

Final Walkthrough

About 14–21 days before your wedding, we'll meet one last time to review everything together.

We'll confirm names, pronunciations, timeline, ceremony flow, and answer any last-minute questions so you can head into your wedding day feeling confident and excited.

Last-Minute Touches

Need to make a few changes?

Life happens!

If plans change after your Ceremony Review, I'm happy to schedule a quick adjustment meeting to make sure everything is ready for your big day. (Additional fees may apply depending on the scope of changes.)

Celebrate.

I'll take care of the ceremony so you can focus on one another and the moment you've been waiting for.

💌 After the Celebration

My role doesn't end when the ceremony is over.

I'll follow up after your wedding to congratulate you, celebrate with you, and (hopefully!) hear about all the amazing memories you made.
